新千歳発香港行き、キャセイ・パシフィック航空581便に搭乗します。
出発時刻は15：20です。
座席は39Aをアサインされました。

66番ゲートから航空機に向かいます。
Duty Freeには寄りません。

搭乗橋をくぐれば、そこは香港。

と思いきや、飛行機の入口には北海道新聞が置いてありました！
The NewYork TImesとかFT Weekendもあって格調高い感じ。
大陸系の新聞はいっさいナシ。
どうせなら日経とかも置いて欲しい。

さて自分の席に到着。
38列はエコノミー最前列。
ビジネスクラスとの境目でした。
自分の前は衝立です。
足元はけっこう広い。
夕暮れの窓からは香港航空の機体が見えます。
客席は5割位の搭乗率です。
日本語も結構聞こえてきます。
離陸後まもなく配られたのがナッツ。

ラウンジでワイン飲みすぎたのでウーロン茶をいただきました。

猫の映画Kettle?を見ます。

ブレブレですみません。
とにかく猫がずっと走り回っている映画です。
そしてお楽しみの機内食がこちら。

CAが「ペンネorチキン?」と叫んでいて、間違ってペンネを頼んでしまいました。
炭水化物ばかりです。
でもペンネには温かいチーズがトロっとかかっていました。
見た目ほど悪くありません。
トマト味も効いていて、充分食べられる味です。
しかし、白ワインはかなり劣る味でした。
ラウンジでいただいた北海道ケルナーはとても美味しかったのですが・・・。
食後にはコーヒーカップが配られました。
ところが肝心の珈琲がいつまでたっても配られません。
エコノミー最前列の端だったので忘れられたのかも。
仕方なく、腹いせ紛れに新聞でも読みます。
「年金法案の採決強行」だそうです。
北海道新聞っていつも怒っているイメージ。
何が不満なのかなあ。

機内ディスプレイに表示された現在位置。
沖縄の上空あたりでウトウトと眠りにつきます。

そうこうしているうちに夜の香港空港に到着しました。
外は雨です。
これからラウンジに向かいます。
