札幌駅近くで買い物や商談などで長時間車を停めておくとき、どこに停めていますか?
1〜2時間だったらデパートやショッピングセンターに停めておくのですが、丸一日どこかに出かけるときは駐車場代が意外と馬鹿になりません。
どこかの大駐車場に停めてタクシーで移動したりしても、却って割高になりますよね。

そんな私は普段、札幌駅近くのヨドバシカメラの駐車場が最大900円(平日)と安いので愛用しています。
ところが最近、とびきり安くて、もっと便利な駐車場を見つけたので、情報をシェアします。
(注)広告ではありません。足で稼いだ情報です。

トラストパークSE札幌ビルが安い

札幌駅北口から徒歩30秒のSE札幌ビルに付属する立体駐車場「トラストパークSE札幌ビル」です。
一日料金は最大料金700円(前払い)。
営業時間は朝7：30〜夜9時までです。
夜間の最大料金制のコインパーキングは札幌でもザラにありますが、昼間の最大料金制は珍しくないですか?
(私が知らないだけかもしれませんが)

さらにこのポイントは、なんと出入り自由な点です。
札幌駅にほぼ直結していますので、チカホを通って大通り方面まで足を伸ばすなど自由自在。
チカホは北海道庁や時計台などの観光スポットにもつながっています。
頑張って歩けばススキノまで地下道で行くことが出来ますよ。
往復一時間近くかかりますが・・・。

アクセスは石狩街道沿いです

駐車場は石狩街道沿いにあります。
ススキノ・大通りから北向きの北区・石狩方面に進みます。
北7条を過ぎて、北8条通りの手前に左に曲がる中小路があります。

左側に「JOY FIT24」の大きな看板があるところです。
北8条通りまで行ってしまうと行き過ぎです。
その一本手前を左に曲がります。
中小路のところにも青色の看板が出ています。
以前は900円だったところを最近700円に値下げしたので、看板の「7」を貼り替えたあとがありますね。
立体駐車場のところに係の方がいますので、案内に従って車を停めます。
だいたいいつでも空いています。
タワーパーキングなので、大雪の日も雪かきは不要ですよ。

ここは自営業者のミカタ

私はとりあえず朝、札幌駅まで車でやって来て、まずここに駐車します。
朝のうちにチケットを確保しておけば、一日間は出し入れ自由。
なので、まるで札幌駅に自分の駐車場兼オフィスがあるようなもの。
私のような自営業者にはこれは実に便利です。
駅近くにはカフェやWIFIもあるので、ノマド族にもオススメ。
ちなみにSE札幌ビル(この駐車場)の向かいにあるマルセイコーヒーは自家焙煎のコーヒーが美味しくて落ち着きます。
お店の前を通ると、いつもコーヒーのとってもよい香りが漂っています。
お値段もコーヒー一杯300円と、庶民のミカタ。
どこかの外資系みたいにボッタクっていないところが嬉しいですね。

 

 

 

さらにこのトラストパークが便利だと思うのは、上のアクセスでも述べたように、場所が5号線沿いだということ。
札幌駅周辺は北口も南口も週末になると、とんでもない渋滞です。
特にバーゲンの季節は北5条通も北8条通りも渋滞でビタッと動かなくなります。
札幌駅はビジネスの中心であるとともに、ショッピングの中心なのですね。
ところがここは5号線沿いで、ほどよく駅に近づかないので土日でもさっと停められるのです。
しかし停めてしまえば地下に潜れるため、吹雪の日も灼熱の夏もアンシン。

ここは夜9時までという時間制限はあるものの、近くにお勤めの方にも便利だと思います。
こんなにオトクで便利な駐車場情報をネットに載せてしまって、自分が停められなくならないか不安はあります。
でも、たぶん大丈夫でしょう。
まだブログのアクセスは少ないですから(^o^)。

But recently I had found a convenient parking lot near the central sapporo, so let me share the information with you.

Multi-storey car park that is included with the SE Sapporo building a 30-second walk from Sapporo Station North " Trust Park SE Sapporo Building".
One day fee is a maximum fee of 700 yen (prepaid).
Morning hours are from 7: 30 and closes at 21:30 at night.
You can find maximum rate system of coin parking at night Sapporo very often, but what is not unusual during the day of maximum rate system?
(Might I just do not know)

In addition, the point is, you can check-in and out as you like whole within a day.
Since it is almost directly connected to Sapporo Station, freely, such as extending the leg until the main street direction through the Chikaho.
Chikaho has also led to tourist attractions such as Hokkaido and the clock tower.
You can go in the underpass to far a way to Susukino, If you like walking.
Round trip takes you nearly an hour though….

Friend of self-employed persons

I usually came by car to Sapporo Station in the morning, first park here.
Once you have secured a ticket to one of the morning, one day because out free, things like that have their own mobile office in Sapporo Station.
To me of such a self-employed, This is really convenient.
Because there are also many cafes and WIFI spot nearby, which is also recommended to the Nomad Worker.
By the way, there is the Marselis coffee in the opposite of SE Sapporo Building.
They offer calm place and delicious coffee-house roasting.
When you pass by the front of the shop, you can feel always drifting good coffee aroma.
A cup of coffee is only 300 yen price.
Please compare that of starbucks.

 

 

 

In addition I think this trust Park is that it is convenient, the fact that the location is the along Route 5.
Near Sapporo Station and north exit also south exit also on the weekend, is the congestion ridiculous.
Bargain of the season also will not work with the heavy traffic jam north Article 8 Street also Article 5 through the north.
But here in along the line 5, because it does not approach the moderately station you Saturday and Sunday also quickly stopped.
