[:ja]今日の北海道新聞の記事によると、この春から新千歳空港を発着する国際線が路線・便数とも大幅に増える見込みです。
日本政府の認可がすべて下りれば国際線の便数はこれまでの週130便から週209便に増加し、トータルの便数は一気に6割増になる模様です。
平成29年は新千歳空港の国際化が進む記念すべき一年になるかもしれません。
ANAマイル修行僧に朗報
ANAマイル修行僧が注目するスターアライアンス系では、エアチャイナ(中国国際航空)とアシアナ航空が増便を計画しています。
このうちエアチャイナは杭州、天津、大連にそれぞれ週7往復の新規就航を、そしてアシアナ航空はソウルへ週7往復の増便を希望し、日本政府と交渉中とのことです。
現在、エアチャイナは北京と新千歳空港の間をB737型機で週7往復、計14便運行しています。
もしエアチャイナの希望通りに増便が認められれば、新千歳空港発のエアチャイナ便が一気に3倍の週42便に膨れ上がることになります。
中国の方にとって北海道旅行は大人気のようで、あらたに杭州、大連、天津から客を送り込みたい考えのようです。
反対に札幌圏からエアチャイナでANAマイル修行を狙っている方にも路線の選択肢がグッと増えます。
今後、北海道発の乗客を増やすために割引運賃キャンペーンが増えることを期待したいところです。
アシアナ航空もダブル増便へ
千歳からソウルへデイリー運航しているアシアナ航空も日二便に増便して、今後は週14便体制になります。
アシアナ航空はこれまでも千歳発の欧州や南アジア方面に割安な運賃を出していたのですが、従来のダイヤだと乗り継ぎのために仁川国際空港で一泊が必要でした。
しかし、増便で毎日2便体制になると仁川国際空港で同日乗り継ぎができるようになるかもしれません。
いままでよりずっと使いやすいアシアナ航空になりそうです。
4月以降はアシアナ航空を利用したビジネスクラス修行ができるようになると楽しいですね。
ANAマイルで特典航空券を使うときも下記のような楽しみ方がいっそう便利になります。
ワンワールド系は影響なし
次にJAL修行僧が関係するワンワールド系では残念ながら今回の増便で関係する航空会社はありませんでした。
ワンワールドはもともとアジア系の接続が弱く、新千歳空港発の国際線ではキャセイ・パシフィック航空しか提携航空会社がありません。
一方でスターアライアンス系ではエアチャイナ、エバー航空、アシアナ航空、タイ国際航空と提携航空会社が多く、マイルを貯めるときも使うときも大変使い勝手がよいです。
このため新千歳空港をベースとする修行僧にとっては、JAL系よりANA系のほうがメリットが大きいと言えそうです。
千歳空港の受け入れ体制は大丈夫か?
以前のブログ記事でも書きましたが、新千歳空港は国内線も国際線も乗客が増えていて容量オーバー気味です。
特に国際線の昼間の混雑はひどいです。
ファストトラックなんてありませんし、入国審査官も態度がだらけている。
若い入国審査官が中国人にずいぶんひどい態度で接しているのを目撃しました。
国際線ラウンジもショボくて、シャワーすらありません。
世界標準で考えるとまるでお話にならないレベルです。
北海道の観光業界はもともとそうですが、お客は放って置いても来ると高をくくっている向きが多いような気がします。
新千歳空港と札幌市内を結ぶJR北海道の快速エアポートも混雑が日に日にひどくなってきています。
国際線の便数がいきなり6割増となると、いままでの混雑がさらにひどいことになりそうです。
今後も修行を兼ねて新千歳空港の状況をレポートしたいと思います。
